A: We with engage business owners and senior managers all the way down to line workers and developers in an intensive, collaborative process to identify and resolve any issues and challenges that may be preventing your organization from achieving its fullest potential.

Q: How do I know if Intelligus consulting is a good match for my business?

A: We have helped many businesses across a broad spectrum of services, operations, requirements and models. A majority of our business clients fall into one or more of the following three industry groups: Warehousing, Government services and Retail Products. However, we respect there are specific industries and situations where we may not be the best fit. We will be happy to discuss your situation confidentially, and be the conduit to matching your needs with a suitable service provider. ​

Q: What industries do you specialize in?

A: Intelligus has concentrated efforts in the Logistics, warehousing-automation, IT and training fields but our knowledgebase and network stretches across a variety of fields to include: Inventory management, Software development, DATA Analytics, Global operations, Security and Risk management, Personnel augmentation, Hardware sourcing, system integration, implementation, Policy and SOP creation, distance education/e-learning and management.  We see ourselves as a vertically integrated company that can fully deploy an operation into any environment with minimal to no outside support or infrastructure.

Q: What’s the quick rundown on what you do, again?

A: Intelligus provides multiple consulting services, which means we help companies to identify, explore, and solve problems. The end-goal is to help the business understand and improve its position, in terms of increase productivity, reduced cost, reduced risk, and smarter decisions.

 


Q: Are you a contractor or a consultant?
A: Often times people use these terms interchangeably. To clarify:
     •    a consultant provides strategic guidance to company leadership
     •    a technical contractor works in a staff-augmentation capacity
You’d engage a consultant to set your direction, then possibly hire contractors to build out that vision.
We provide services as a consultant with the ability to provide our vetted contractor team to build out the vision.

Q: Under what circumstances does it make sense for us to hire you?
A: Many of our clients are looking to upgrade their current warehouse operations to the next level, or they have elevated to that next level but didn't get their main issue solved. Owners and managers who are looking to take their business from the ground floor to the next level.  Well established corporations who are looking to find the gaps in productivity and process management. Small mom and pop entities looking to update their operations to the current times and future direction.  Government programs with unique and specific requirements which require more than an out the box solution.  

 

Q: What kinds of training programs do you design and deliver?
A: Our training architects can design and deliver a program to suit your exact requirements and through multiple methods of administration including, remote, online learning platforms and in a classroom setting. Some of the training modules to date include software use and operations guides, warehouse management, leadership, employee engagement, effective teams, change management, help desk organization.

Q: Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

A: Gladly. We prefer to use a Mutual NDA available upon request.

Q: How do you work?

A: We prefer to keep things simple and straightforward: We start with an initial consultation. This is a free, brief meeting in which we learn about each other and we get a deeper picture of your situation.  If there’s mutual interest, we work together to scope out a project. After that, we execute the standard paperwork and get started.
